uRate collects your email address, account details, and any complaint content you submit, in order to operate the service. We aim to minimize the personal data we collect (e.g. an Email ID and Order ID for organic complaint submissions) and to store it in a Singapore-region database. A final Privacy Policy addressing PDPA requirements in full will supersede this placeholder once published.
