Self-serve claiming is built and tested
A company can request a claim (Singapore UEN + a company email, or a document upload for companies without a distinct email domain), which a founder reviews — with an AI plausibility read on the submitted email domain and a check against any UEN already on file — before approving. Approval links your account, verifies your company, and unlocks the company dashboard. This flow is fully built and tested; it's switched off for real companies until our Terms of Service finish legal review.
Right now: the self-serve flow above isn't turned on yet for real companies, so the founder still handles claims and responses directly and manually in the meantime.
